and, NO comma after "favor" nor after "in the face", nor after "pregnant".
the whole sentence is a run-on and expresses two fundamentally different
ideas. you should have just started a new sentence after "pregnant" and left
out the "because" when starting said sentence. then again, i shouldn't
expect any different since it matches the writing style of an eight yr.
old - and is prone to that age group's writing mistakes.
