The upper most range is a lot higher than $75 an hour. Top line Oracle
specialists can get $150 an hour. And programmers who get security
clearance to work on certain military projects get $100 an hour.
Here in central Virginia, a good Java programmer working at the
University of Virginia will make $40 an hour.
Web developers who know PHP/Ajax/CSS and maybe Ruby on Rails will make
somewhere between $20 an hour and $30 an hour.
