Thanks for all the help, this is good stuff and some great links. I ended
up getting a js script from Javascript Source and was able to use it with
the PHP. It works fine, but now I have been advised that they are changing
the category/subcategory layout - so it's back to the drawing board.
I purchased a couple of books on hierarchy from the links I was given, so
between these recommendations and the books I should be able to breeze
through the changes. (at least until they change it again)
