Hi Shyren,
The answer to your question depends on what you want excactly. Morphing is
very general terminology.
I would advise you to build your own to your own taste.
(It is good fun too.)
PHP has loads of imagefunctions you can use.
Go to

for a good startingpoint for imagemanipulation.
