Try http://sourceforge.net/projects/scintilla/
Click on the Download button, then go to the SciTE link.

The SciTE editor works great for a lot of different software develop-
ment packages. Quick, fast, easy to use, and easy to update the
function api lists (no waiting for some vendor to do such things).
