These are all different URLs -- it doesn't matter what the server platform
is. It just so happens, that a Windows server will return the same text to
the browser in each case.
But that's no different to:
http://example.org/foo.txt
http://example.com/bar.txt
which are also different URLs, but might (by co-incidence or design)
happen to contain identical text.
