Hey Richard I can reccommend you Easy PHP v1.8. You can download it from :
http://www.easyphp.org/telechargements.php3
It is a package of Apache server, PHP, PHP My Admin and PHP MySql in one
file. Easy to install like any other program.But make sure that you will
install it on Drive C instead in Program files. Otherwise instead of
http://localhost/ you will have to type a whole path to your program in
browser. It is a bug free excellent program I can reccomend you.
