hmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
if you've got a broadband connection, register a domain name (like with
network solutions or whomever). if your isp is giving you a dynamic ip, get
a free account with dyndns and download their ip address updating software.
when your ip changes, the software tells dyndns what the new ip is so your
domain name points to the correct address. that's about it. other server
configuration stuff needs to be asked in another ng that deals specifically
with that topic.
