Most PHP applications (phpBB included) offer a web-based installation
screen.
Now that you have uploaded the files, create the MySQL database that
will contain the board's data. Then open the browser and visit the IP
address you have.
This would look something like this: http://127.0.0.1/bbs/
If the files are installed there, phpBB should start an installation
assistant that will set up the forum.
