IMHO it's rude to start a new thread with the same content as your previous
one, "Internet radio relay", and it feels just like you are out for an yes
answer and can't accept a no, there is no way you can make PHP to read once
and write out multiple times on different PHP-sessions the same information at
the same time. As each PHP-session will make a connection to your server, you
will get a multi->multi connection with your host in the middle. Doing this
and if you would have a high traffic, your host may dislike what you do and
terminate your account.

There are simpler way to relay streams, you go and ask your host if you can
run a streaming relay program, that reads your stream on your home computer
and then relays it to the users who connects to your host. It's the only time
you get an one->multiple.
