They display the page differently, since they are different browsers.
If you want a more specific answer, ask a more specific question.
As a rule of thumb, if a page looks "OK" on IE (especially IE 6 in quirks
mode) and "wrong" on Firefox, it's 1) a bug in IE and 2) markup and CSS
errors on the page.
