Remember to not only give the keywords, but also tell the search
engines to visit you again, to be able to fetch all the changes you
did to your page in the meantime, Alos the sub-pages should be
indexed:
<meta name="revisit-after" content="14 days">
<meta name="robots" content="index, follow">
I did this on my page and it helps
