No, this is much more than WAMP. Come on, setup a WAMP and then click
a PHP script file name in My Computer - does it open in your browser
as "http://localhost/yourfile.php"? No - it will open in your editor,
and to test that script you have to go to a browser and type this URL.
With ZPG it will open right away in a browser. ZPG gives you more than
WAMP - you can use PHP as a Windows GUI scripting tool - a task hardly
achieved with WAMP. Besides with WAMP there are security
considerations, while ZPG doesn't use TCP/IP - nobody can connect to
its webserver. The same thing goes for the webbrowser, ZPG browser
runs with higher permissions, giving more options that you normally
 turn off when surfing.
