With language like that, maybe you should.
However, I was referring to a speech or class from several years ago
with a fellow named Gugger who worked on PEAR. He alternately referred
to it as a framework, and not a framework. When someone asked him about
it, he said that it *could* be used as a framework, but that the
intention was to just solve some frequent challenges that come up for
developers.
So while the website might call it a framework, and some programmers
might call it a framework - like I said, the PEAR folks don't... or at
least, one didn't.
Now go refill your meds, and get back to work, you abusive, freakish
fuck-wad.
