P.S. This is the structure:

"gestalt" directory contains the index.html file and the folders:
functions, tutorial, and style

"functions" directory contains the pages for everything but the
"Tutorial" link, which is contained in the "tutorial" directory

"style" directory contains "MSDN.css"
