Thank you very much for the references. I shall have a good look at all
of them!
In the mean time I found Crimson Editor. You can FTP straight from the
code you are writing and see the results ALT TAB F5 in your browser.
I am finding the editor rather brilliant to use.
Many thanks, to you who responded to my editor question. Great to know
that you experienced people can be asked basic questions as well.
