I HIGHLY recommend "PHP 5 Objects, Patterns, and Practice" by Matt
Zandstra [http://www.apress.com/book/bookDisplay.html?bID=358]. This
was one of the best PHP books I have read and I suspect it is exactly
what you are looking for.
