A Checklist
1.Is your site compatible for most standard resolutions (window Size)?
Tip: Don`t make your site too wide. For all essential text keep a right margin of at least 2 inches.
2.Does your site load well within 10-30 seconds?
Tip: Remember you have only 30 seconds to capture your visitors interest before they click out. Remove all slow loading banners or pictures.
3.Does your site have any outgoing links that open in the same browser window?
Tip: Make all outgoing links open in a new browser window. This can be achieved by adding target=`new page` at the end of the link HTML. Hence your link will be of the form:
a href="http://www.snzeport.com" target="new page"
Or TARGET="Blank"
4.Is your site navigation simple?
Tip: Your site navigation should be as simple as possible. You should have `Return to home` link on all your pages. Also a `back to top` link on long pages.
5.Is your headline the first thing your visitor sees?
Tip: Your headline should be benefit loaded, use power words and psychological triggers. It should be irresistible.
6.Is your sales copy dead on target?
Tip: Again, this should be benefit loaded, use power words and psychological triggers.
7.Is your `call to action` or ordering information clearly displayed?
Tip: Use an attractive bordered table to outline your call to action or make it as visible as possible.
8.Have you included keywords in your meta tags and optimized your site for keywords?
