No Question Is Ever Silly

It's always a good thing when people ask questions. Questions regarding your business, or service, or product. The Internet is ever growing, and thousands if not millions are logging on daily for the first, or second, or third time.
Imagine a newbie that signs up for a MLM opportunity. He or she will start searching for the various advertising options around. Many of these new netizens come to my Guaranteed-Hits sites as well. One of the questions I get repeatedly from more, and more visitors looking for advertising methods is this one:
"I don't want to get my website closed down, so is there any danger of getting accused of spam?"
Because of the increasing danger to loose your (affiliate) web site, getting fined, or even shut down by your ISP when someone accuses you of spamming them, there is no wonder that new netizens ask such a type of questions when searching for an affordable advertising option.
When some type of question is asked often, the best thing to do is to include it in your FAQ page. You would be surprised though to find out how many visitors do purchase without visiting the FAQ page of your web site.
And why should they? It seems clear enough from what they read on your index or sales copy page. But again, you would be surprised to find out that they expected something different from your service than you are actually providing.
The question will be then -- what can you do? My suggestion will be to set as many links as possible in your sales copy to your FAQ page, and stressing as much as possible to read the page before they purchase.
Learn from the questions you get from new, or repeated, or future customers. There is no better way to see if your copy handles all the necessary contents in it. Be always helpful, and as quick as possible with answering. They will appreciate your concern. Believe me, there is no better way to build your customer base, than to have an outstanding customer service.
