Four Excellent Ways To Optimize Your Resources

1) DEFINE YOUR PROBLEM & LIST YOUR OPTIONS
Its been said many times before and not without supportive reasoning - 95% of your solution involves defining the task at hand and writing your options down.
This is so simple that many overlook it. There is no need to make anything excessively complicated and quite often the answer is staring at you in the face. So if its been written down in front of you chances are substantially
higher that youll see it.
2) CREATE & SEIZE OPPORTUNITY
Looking vertically at the task at hand makes it difficult to objectively see the forest from the trees. Our problem solving resources are always there; they just need to be utilized, generally through creative thinking and an adequate plan of execution.
We need to think laterally and unconventionally. New possibilities will begin to present themselves. The world stands aside for a creative mind with something to offer.
Using your creative energies you will be able to link feasability and achievability with your available resources discovering ways and methods that werent so obvious beforehand. Possibilities surface and are backed up by energy from within and your belief in their viability.
3) UNDERSTANDING YOUR CAPABILITIES
We are all very capable people and we could function much efficiently if we understood the potential we all have coupled with a deep seeded desire to realize it.
Capabilities arent necessarily gifts of birth, standing or the like. Sure thats a bonus but very capable people are those who understand what they want and go about achieving it as a part to an overall plan in a highly ethical way.
Capabilities are very learnable and its up to every one of us to understand what he/she wants and then go about it in such a way that we effectively become more capable. This involves self- confidence and a great amount of pride from within.
4) MINIMIZES NEGATIVE INFLUENCES (+ MAXIMIZE THE POSITIVES)
It is true that a mind clouded by doubt and insecurity is severely restricted in its creative ability.
It is also true that a mere shift in ones thinking can knock these barriers away and open a floodgate to mountain moving ideas too.
I know this from my own experience. Sub-consciously we all know it. Negativity kills. It alienates us from what we really want to be doing. It prevents us from achieving. It maintains mediocrity, it reduces capabilities and self confidence.
Now if you start keeping company who are positive and getting somewhere and reduce the time you spend with those who simply belittle you for your achievements then you are going to see a direct correlation between this and your results.
They are true strength builders and will give you a powerhouse of energy. Tap into as much positive energy as you can as its value can never be under-estimated.
