Even better, you can go about your life while you wait no need to be available, like a regular retail business, or even a garage sale. You may be like me and check your first item every 3 minutes, but that time is optional.
Of course, if you get Auction Fever and want to make real profits, there is much more to learn. But, testing the waters couldn't be any simpler.
5. Whatever your business, you can promote it on the auctions! This may be the most powerful reason of all to learn the auction business.
Whatever you are now doing, whether selling physical products, electronic products or services, you can promote them on the auctions. It is a fabulous and dirt cheap, way to get customers.
And the best part is that ... no one else knows about this! I have made thousands of dollars with auctions when my only intention was to get subscribers for a mailing list, or other such goal. I really didn't even want to sell any products.
"Oldtimers" on the net (translation: three years ago) tell us that it was much easier to get listed in search engines and build a large ecommerce business than it is now. Auctions are the same way. In two to three years, it will be much tougher to make large amounts of money. So, don't wait ... get in the game NOW.
