THE RECIPE FOR SUCCESS IN WORK AND IN LIFE:

1. A clear-cut Vision or Goal.
2. Commitment to and Belief in the Goal.
3. Use of innovation and imagination to achieve the Goal. Use the immense powers of your mind to reach your full potential in life.
4. Effective use of Resources (people, money, technology, etc. to effect innovation).
5. Optomism, positive thinking and a Willingness to Take Risks.
6. Enjoyment in pursuing the Goal.
7. The Provision of Value for Money to the people you serve.
8. A Willingness to build a foundation for Long Term Benefits. Take a long term view of success, because it usually doesn't happen overnight.

HOW TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

Dream big dreams.
Have a goal and plan to achieve.
Love doing what you do.
Listen to the advice of your spouse/partner
Seek help from those whose skills you don't have.
Believe you are a winner,or one who CAN be.
Work smarter,not necessarily harder
Fly with the eagles; don't scratch with the turkeys.
Be prepared to take calculated risks.
Be aware that opportunities are always around.
Choose the right location.
Promote your product well.
Satisfy customer needs-completely.
Be decisive, determined and self-disciplined.
A strong belief in yourself and what you are trying to achieve.
An even stronger belief in a Higher Power, God (or the Creator, The Spirit of the Universe, Life Force, Infinite Intelligence, etc. - whatever you wish to call Him/Her/It, who wants/knows what is best for you and wants you to be happy and to prosper in your life.

God knows what you are trying to do (YOUR INTENTION is the KEY). So pray to God continuously for inspiration and direction in your life. Meditate often in a spirit of gratitude not thinking of what you LACK, but thankful for what you DO HAVE. Enjoy the moment and look forward to the future with hope and optimism. God, The Universe, Life will give you the direction and your vision: everything you most desire in life, if you ask hard Him/Her/Life/"Universal Spirit" hard enough. Whatever you most earnestly desire and EXPECT to receive, you will get with commitment and hard work, by "putting in the hard yards of graft",but most importantly with a big helping of FAITH.

BELIEF + DISCIPLINE + DEDICATION = SUCCESS.

Because your failure will help no-one... and your success (financial and even more importantly, spiritual) can help many others... and cause them to prosper and be joyful for you.

Give It Time

Nothing is more powerful than the devotion of time towards your desired outcome. Good Ol' Father time* works like this:

*Give time 1 year and time often doesn't come through for you.
*Give time 2 years and time shows you some promise.
*Give time 3 years and time does you good.
*Give time 5 years and time puts you on the map.
*Give time 7 years and time makes you a star.
*Give time 10 years and time works miracles on your behalf.
* or Life or God... so the lesson is
be PATIENT

Success is a process, a journey and not simply a matter of arriving at your destination.

THE UNIVERSE IS KIND AND ABUNDANT, SO HAVE AN ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE AND TAKE PLEASURE IN YOUR PERSONAL JOURNEY.
