Hello! Sorry if this is not allowed. Feel free to delete.

I was wondering how to make digital format video and/or sound recordings (i.e. .wma, .mov, .mpeg, .mp4, .avi, .mp3, .wav, etc.) from other media files I have on my computer. How do I mix different sound files with separate video files? How do I make digital sound recordings of sound files that I play? Do I need a special program? Augh! Does the wording make sense?

This is going to sound weird but if anyone knows, i'd be grateful!

Does anyone know which font it is that has an exclamation point heart?
I remember I inserted that symbol in Wofrom a font, I just don't know which!

My computer was acting stupid so I re-formatted it but I lost all my fonts. =[ And I had all my quote files saved with that symbol and now since that font isn't on my computer, my documents are all messed up.

If anyone knows, I'd be ETERNALLY grateful! Please?!!!!

Uggh, I've been messing with this for hours and it's hurting my brain! I made a layout and it works perfectly fine on my test journal missing_cat , but when I copy and paste the same exact code into my community kh2_diary none of the pictures show up. This happend to me a while ago when I tried to make a new test journal.. The layouts just down't show up on newer journals.

If you go to http://www.brewcrewbaseballfans.com underneath the dates of April 3 and 4th, there SHOULD Be the word boxscore. You may have to hove over the square to see it.. Why doesn't the word "Boxscore" show up there? I've been told that it has something to do with the color of the text I used or something

Does anyone know codes to use to highlight text such as it is in this entry? I tried checking community memories but they're down I suppose. I've also tried using:

But it's not turning out how I wanted.

I was wondering what kind of HTML is used when creating the border & background color for a profile, like the one featured here?

Also, I was wondering if anybody knows what the LJ tag is to quickly enter in a LJ community. I used to know but forgot. It's really close to how you enter in an LJ user like this: [lj user="ljsnameofuser"]

Hello Iam new and I have just two simple questions. I have a search box on my html site and i can place text inside that box when I publish it to the web but it does not go anywhere. Does anyone know how I set up the html to do a simple search of the information that I have on my site. Second question I have a login user name and pasword html boxes set up on my html site as well. I can also type in words in both boxes but when I hit enter I go no where. Does anyone know how to set up the code to make the user name and pass word section work. Thanks :)

So I recently changed to Firefox, and I noticed that my Livejournal layout which I created is messed up now. It worked fine on Internet Explorer but on Firefox the black in the background (strong accent, I think) is not coming up, and neither do my scrollbar colors or the custom cursor (I have a url for one). Is Livejournal not compatible with Firefox or something? Or is there any special html codes anyone knows that people use for making Livejournal layouts with Firefox? Please help, thank you =)

I'm trying to post entries that are coming out of Word, and I need them to be double-spaced. I found this information on how to accomplish this:

To make your text double-spaced or space-and-a-half, insert the following into the head

(STYLE TYPE="text/css")
P { line-height: 150% }
(/STYLE)

You have just specified the characteristics for the

(paragraph) tag. Every time you format text using the (P) tag, it will be 1.5-spaced. To double-space your text, substitute 200% for 150%

(I do have the <'s and >'s where I put in ()'s above.)

So I did just that and then inserted my text. Problem is, the text isn't showing. So I added HTML, HEAD, and TITLE tags.

Now the text shows, but it isn't double-spacing.

What am I doing wrong?

I've discovered an old webpage I made in high school (back when I was familar with HTML). The frames are not working like they did when I made it. I must have somehow screwed it up. I wanted the tables to be side by side.

Alright, I've seen way too many asterisks in this community :)

Definitely use http://transform.mikelikewhoa.com/. It's a tool to transform overrides, html tags, and the like so you can post them without placing asterisks everywhere.
