In terms of sheer processing power for Photoshop, what is the top-of-the-line Apple configuration, including monster monitor available right now? And can it be configured with two of the monster monitors?

I need to convince a client that what he wants is going to cost more than he's willing to pay (and if he is, indeed, willing to pay it, ensure that I get to say I got to play with it! :-))
