Does anyone know what to open a .scb file with? I just a copy of my script and I want to start learning it right away and I can't seem to find much help on google. Any help is appreciated.

I've already googled .scb file extension and I'm not getting any help. I've used Total Commander to change the file type several times, and nothing seems to be working.

Anyone mentioning Scala - this is not a photo or a video file. It is text. The file is encrypted, Word will open it, but it doesn't know how to unecrypt it.
