Date: 03/10/05 (Computer Geeks) Keywords: no keywords Ok, I am currently building a computer. Well, I have been since Christmas actually, perhaps I will post the entire story to this drawn out ordeal later. My question is about power supplies and motherboards. I orderd standard ATX everything for this computer. The power supply's main power chord has 20 prongs on it. The motherboard's main slot has 24. I read online that you can still use these if you match up the chord and the motherboard in a certain way. Is this true? If not, is there an adapter I need, or should I get a new power supply?
