Making a Window Stay Permanently On Top

    Hey guys,

I'm wondering if you know a method to make a window stay permanently on top in Windows XP. This is possible with Task Manager, for instance, but I keep running into the hassle of switching back and forth between the word documents, where I keep my notes, and the thing that I'm reading because there is no way of making them stay on top of each other. It would make my life a lot easier if I didn't have to worry about my notes falling into the background. Do you know an application that does something like that?

    Thanks.
