...I'm going to ask anyhow.

I'm thinking about getting a new wireless mouse to replace my archaic Logitech MX700. I also have the cordless Elite keyboard - I bought them as the duo/set.

I LOVE my keyboard and have no interest in upgrading to a newer one; I don't like the buttons on the new ones compared to mine. If I get a new wireless mouse, can I sync the keyboard with the new mouse's RF station, or am I stuck buying a whole new set to get a new mouse?
