Wireless Internet

    I have a giant problem.

Basically, my wireless internet is in the dumps. I have two sisters, both on wireless internet connections, and both of their computers work 100% perfectly. Mine does not. The connection is definitely there, so I don't think it's a channel or SSID issue or any of that basic stuff, because it says "connected" in the tray, but it does not connect. Occasionally, the internet will work (albeit extremely sluggishly) for about 4 minutes and then decide to not work again. It's not interferance, because not only have I previously mentioned both of my sisters wireless internet, but I've also had wireless internet in my room before, and it worked fine.

I upgraded to a Belkin router and an AGP Belkin Wireless Card (802.11b/g). Since I ruled out interfernace, and settings, I seriously don't know what the problem is. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
