The Old Wipe

Hey. I'm reformatting my computer, I sold it yesterday so I have to have it all ready for pick up tomorrow. Does reformatting a computer 100% get all your crap off of there? It's not viewable anymore? I have a lot of bank info and old pictures and stuff that I don't need a complete stranger snooping around. Mind you they'd have to be pretty good to find it but I was just wondering if there is a way they can find stuff that was on the computer before it was reformatted.

    Thanks in Advance.

    Mark
