This is weird, and I have no idea what is going on:
I want to make a 'spesthal snowflake' user icon from this Klum picture:

This is what I have tried:
Saving it to my desktop, then bringing it up to LJ (manage userpics).
Pasting the URL in the userpic form, as requested.
Using MWSnap 3 to take a picture of the photo as a jpg and then bringing THAT jpg to the manage userpics upload.

None have worked. Why?
