Bluetooth and XP SP2

I have bought a cheap USB adaptor for my computer which unfortunatly comes with some software called "bluesoleil". I really don't want to use this software, and was hoping that there was some alternative to this that I could use. I was able to get the driver loaded from the disk, but that doesn't do much of anything since there is no way (w/o installing the software) to send files, create a cable connection etc.

I did find this instruction guide, however it doesn't seem to work with my USB adaptor.

    Any Ideas?
