Buying A New Monitor

I'm currently in the market for a new CRT monitor.  I'm not looking to buy an LCD because I mostly use my computer for gaming and don't want to have to deal with a native resolution.

I like to run Windows XP at a high resolution, however.  Right now, I've got an NEC MultiSync XV15 (yes, it is quite old) and it runs pretty nicely set at 1152 x 864 @ 70Hz.  However, whenever I play certain games that don't run in 1152x864, the whole screen is shifted off to the side, so i have to mess with the physical controls on the monitor itself to get everything centered properly.

    Obviously this is unacceptable.

So I am looking for a monitor that will run nicely at 1280 x 1024 @ 70Hz.  I don't care if it is flat screen or not, but it does have to be CRT.  I am hoping to not have to spend too much for one - maybe $100 - $150 at the most.

Is there any hope? Do any of you have any recommendations?  Right now, I am looking at this one and this one, but i am unsure whether the 66Hz refresh rate will be sufficient. My current monitor looks like ass at 60Hz and has no setting between 60 - 70 for me to test.

Any help would be much appreciated.
