I've been having problems with a new kernel. Upon boot, it tells me that it can't mount /dev/ram0 and it doesnt exist. this is quite frankly bollocks as my other kernel (2.6.12-r4) can boot from /dev/ram0 no problems. here is my grub.conf
default 1
timeout 30
splashimage=(hd0,5)/grub/splash.xpm.gz

any ideas?
also, i emerged gimp the other day, but there is no executable for it. $gimp and #gimp don't work, i've searched my entire hdd but can't find anything..
