CNN is reporting that they cannot get their satellite trucks into the French Quarter of New Orleans, but through the use of a new technology called "FTP," their reporters can get in, shoot video, and then upload it to CNN for viewing.

Wow, has anyone heard of this "FTP" of which they speak?

I mean, I've been on the Internet for 21 years, you'd think I'd have heard of it by now...
