Singapore SMBs to spend $3 bln on IT in 2008

    Small and medium businesses in Singapore are set to invest $3 bln in 2008 to strengthen their information communication technology infrastructure, up 6% over in 2007's level. Telecom will contribute up to $1 bln to the 2008 total, according to Access Markets International Partners. by AM
