Someone please PLEASE help me :( I'm a really stupid newbie who doesn't know how to put a header/banner on my LJ could someone give me a plain-speak tutorial? I know it's really simple but I'm having a slow day.

I have S2 setting and a basic account.

Sorry if this has been asked loads before but I couldn't find any FAQs that linked in with it.
