I'm sure this question has been posted a thousand times, but I've searched all over and can't find it. What is the code I use for headers? I tried to put a header up a long time ago and I remember that I couldn't have a background image and a header at the same time. I don't know if there is anyway to change that.

But I really would like the code used for headers! I hope someone can help me!
