how would i put a tab like the one she has on her myspace onto my myspace?

the one she has next to "movies". i don't even know what to call it, a tab i guess.

if no one knows how to do something like that, how do you put a iframe(?) in there, i.e., under music whichever category? i can't figure it out for myspace.
