Obviously I'm new to the community and I've been searching forever for someone to help me on creating an LJ layout. I think it's fairly simple.

http://www.livejournal.com/users/lynnchan/ is the journal layout that I would like to use, except the background color should be #DFE5F0 instead of what they have. I can handle doing the graphic if I know what specs are needed.
