Hello,
I need some help with my Navigation. Hope that I have come to the right place. The other places just gave me a page to go to that should of helped me but as you can tell didn't. Oke here's what I need some help with.

Example : sailorxsailor see how her navigation is perfect?
Now look at mine tricia___taylor. See how it's all messed up and odd? What did I do wrong?

Would anyone mind helping me out with this? I need someone to give me help step by step. Not just by giving me another page to go to.

Hello everyone!

Ya'll know how some have their entries in one big scroll box? Well, my problem is that I Do have the tag for that, but when I want to have it centered in the middle, nothing happens, it just stays to the right for some reason. I've used this tag before on my old journal, but it's not working for me anymore. Would anybody mind sending me the right tag for this task that would center the scroll boxed entries on my page?

Hello everyone. I was at 1_2_how_to and they gave me your community to ask for the thing I need. Hopefully you guys will be angels to me.

I want to know if you can help me with the overrides on how to add 2 backgrounds. One which is a still color (a cute pattern I did, it's a url) and that covers the whole journal, and the most important one, a blend I made to put as a header. I read the LJ tutorial at howto on pushing the LJ downwards (Generator style), but when I scroll it goes all over the blend and that's what I don't want to happen.

Please if you have any info or you want a better explanation, let me know and I'll write again about it. Thanks.

Ok, so I don't know if this is "HTML" or not and also it even though I'm showing another site, I want to utilize it for LJ too....

Could you guys please help explain to me how you position a TABLE on a page?
I totally can position a div layer, a frame, and everything else, but how do you position a table, by setting the specific margins?

What I want to do is.
I want a table to the left with an image to the right
an image to the left and a table to the right
and vice versa, all the way down the page.
But I can't figure out how to manipulate the tables so that they go down the page, and so that I can set the specific left and right margins.

HELP! Please, this is driving me insane.
I mostly need to understand how position is defined in tables.
I hateee tables.

Can diffrent left/right/top/bottom margins be specified via style sheets? I know you can have one uniform thats the same (ie top=100 left=100 right=100 etc)but can you make the margins diffrent? (Ie. top=0 left=300 right=220, etc)?

I have a graphic, with a set up text box in the graphic, for my user info. Now, here's the hard part. I need an HTML code, or whatever to make it so I can actually have text in that box and also have it scroll. So whenever I want, I can edit it, just like my normal info, and not have to make a whole new graphic because I typed it all in on the graphic.

I have a question concerning embedded sound links( Specifically Wav Format), such as a viewer comes to your site and when they hover their mouse over the link, it should automatically have the sound before clicking it.

Okay, I have a question. If you go to my userinfo, you will see a picture, and then some text underneath. I was wondering how to line up all the text with the picture, so it's all the same width, and centered.


Here's an example:

I hope that makes sense. If anyone can help me, that'd be greatly appreciated.

ok i need help! i'm making my friend a layout, and when i make layouts i always practice on an old livejournal of mine. i made the layout on mine and it worked out exactly how i wanted it, but when i put the override onto my friends livejournal the hyperlinks that take you to her userinfo, friends pages, and calendar didn't show up. i have no idea how to fix it, or what is causing this problem. if you have any suggestions then please let me know! i'd appreciate any ideas.

If you visit my layout you'll see that there are no scrollbars on either side and I despartly need them. I also have a background that isn't quite filling up the whole page which is bugging me. sorry for yet another post, but in the navigation box, how do you get yours links to all go straight in a line? like.. if you made it be lyrics, obviously with selected words being the links.. ah mine isnt working. look at my journal maybe you'll see what i'm talking about
