Does anyone have any recommendations for a corporate environment?

free is great, but paid is acceptable..

a) filtering by transparent proxy. only certain users have full access, some have restricted access to specific websites.
b) blocking of msn,yahoo, aol, skype etc (preferably also by specific users).
