I'm on a hunt for a motherboard with a few very specific components.  Does anyone know of any manufacturers that have motherboards with the following criteria:

- an spdif out component on the board (can be used for digital audio via fiber optics)
- size -> micro atx
- at least one AGP slot
- has ddr ram (not ddr2)

Any suggestions greatly appreciated :)
