anyone else using outlook has this issue?

Date: 09/13/07 (IT Professionals)    Keywords: no keywords

Person A sends me a document with a word document.

I open up his email, alter this document, then click save. the ORIGINAL email is amended with my modified changes.

in otherwords, any 3rd party or auditor would assume A sent me the modified document (eg: with self incriminating evidence).

    ---------------
it seems like my staff and myself can do that (which I just found out today) , I just want to know if that is standard or did i screw up my permissions somewhere.
