So I have been researching Remote Desktop options for awhile and have not found the perfect fit for my needs that does not cost an arm and a leg.  Was wondering if anyone had any suggestions that I may have missed.

Specifically, this is the functionality that I am looking for:

• The ability for me to remote desktop into an end user's desktop with minimal interaction on their end.  Meaning that they do not need to load or configure anything on their end.  Ideally, I could send them a link to a site and when they click on it the magic happens. 
• File transfer is a desire, but not a requirement.
