Is it possible to take a parked domain and redirect that domain by modifying .htaccess?

I set this redirect up through cPanel and get this in my .htaccess file:

RedirectMatch permanent ^/tjsbikeshop$ http://tjsbikeshop.com

but notta.. any suggestions??
