Given the large variety of people here, I'm sure there is someone that might know something about this...

I need a way to get in touch with someone at comcast that knows a little bit more than "ok, reboot your modem..."

I'm trying to report a poorly performing router that is probably causing many customers extreme speed issues, but numerous calls via the normal channels lead me to nothing but "Huh? whats traceroute? did you reboot your modem yet?"

Thanks for any guidance.
