Semi-Transparent Pop Up Windows

    Hi,

I have a question about a hack that I saw on this site:

Do you see how when you hover the cursor over CSS, you see a small pop up? It's semi-transparent, grey and very interesting to me. I tried looking it up in the source code, to see how they did it, but all I see is a stylesheet tag < acronym ..> enclosing the word.

I am baffled by it. It's a groovy effect, but how is it made? I'm curious how one can go about replicating it.

    Appreciate all your suggestions.
