I am in way over my head here. I'm a writer by trade, who sometimes does simple web pages for clients. Well, I accepted a job where they wanted a drop down menus. I'm so lost!

Here's what I have. It looks ok in Safari but in Firefox and IE the menu options shake and you can't really select them.
