[SOLVED:] CSS Overfloat question....

OK so let's say I have a Div that has overflow style set to auto. it has a bunch of text and because if the amount of text we have a scroll bar to scroll through the content. By default the scrollbar shows the content at the top with the bar at the top. is there anyway, to set the scrollbar at the bottom, and show the bottom content, forcing the user to scroll up to read the top content, kind of like how a chatroom works?

[Edit:] for those who may be wondering, it's scrollTop and scrollBottom.
